an unbiased, independent and critical peer review system
In our peer review system, we ensure to have an unbiased, independent, critical and transparent review of the submitted works. With the involvement of unbiased and experienced reviewers, the editor assigned to a manuscript upholds the compliance of our editorial policies and guidelines.
Those manuscripts aren’t considered for review, which have also been submitted simultaneously to other journals. It also implies that the manuscripts which are also under review of other journalsaren’t considered for review. The papers published in peer reviewed conferences are also ineligible to be submitted for a review under our Peer Review Program.
By submitting their manuscript for review, the authors undertake to ensure that the manuscript will not be submitted elsewhere for the time being it is under review of our reviewers.
Our peer review program applies to each and every submitted manuscript without any exception, as detailed below:
An editor invites reviewers to peer review the manuscript and ensures to have at least two reviewers for a manuscript.
The authors’ information including their affiliation details is removed from the manuscript, while the same is shared with the assigned reviewers. This is to ensure that the reviewers can undertake to review the manuscript without any bias, pressure, favours, or without getting affected by the seniority/juniority of the authorship.
The comments and observations of each of the reviewers are received and are processed for an editorial decision. The reviewers’ comments and observations are shared with the authors for their required actions.
Based on reviewers’ remarks, an editorial decision is formed either to accept or reject a manuscript.
In the case of an accepted manuscript, the authorship of the manuscript is shared with an editorial report recording a decision based on the summarized reviewers’ remarks and the content originality examination report.
Our peer review system effectively ensures a quality-based, unbiased, transparent and independent peer review.
Generally, it takes 3-5 weeks to complete reviewing a manuscript.
